Digital Practice

Digital Tools for Lifestyle Medicine Practice is a practical online workshop for ELMO Certificate participants who want to use digital tools to strengthen patient engagement, education, follow-up, and programme delivery. Participants will explore how a WordPress website, landing pages, FLOWs, email automation, online learning, booking, and Microsoft 365 can work together as one manageable practice-support system.
The workshop introduces the foundations of a forthcoming eight-week guided programme, helping participants define their own digital goals and identify the first workflow they can build with confidence.

Join the Digital Tools for Lifestyle Medicine Practice Workshop — 7 October

Dear ELMO Certificate Participant,

Lifestyle medicine is most effective when good clinical knowledge is supported by practical systems that help patients stay engaged between consultations. A clear digital pathway (FLOW) can make it easier to welcome new clients, share educational resources, follow up consistently, schedule appointments, and deliver structured programmes without adding unnecessary administrative work.

I would like to invite you to a practical online workshop:
Digital Tools for Lifestyle Medicine Practice
Date: Wednesday, 7 October 2026
Time: 19:00–21:00 CEST — with additional time available for questions and hands-on support
Format: Online workshop

During the session, I will demonstrate how a connected digital practice-support system can be built with accessible tools. This approach is relevant whether you are planning a private practice, a clinic programme, an educational project, a coaching service, or a professional community.

We will explore practical examples such as:

  • Creating a simple landing page that explains your service and invites people to take the next step
  • Building a patient or client journey—from first contact through onboarding, education, follow-up, and ongoing engagement
  • Using email broadcasts and automated follow-up messages with confidence
  • Organising booking, documents, communication, and collaboration with Microsoft 365
  • Connecting a WordPress website, online learning environment, forms, and marketing automation into one practical system
  • Identifying the first digital workflow that would make the greatest difference in your own lifestyle medicine work

You do not need to be a technical expert to participate. The purpose is not to overload you with software, but to help you understand what is possible, decide what your practice needs, and take the first realistic steps.
This workshop builds on the ideas introduced at the recent ELMO Conference atelier, “Your Digital Lifestyle Medicine Practice Support System,” where participants began exploring funnels, landing pages, broadcasts, and digital follow-up workflows. The next step is a more structured learning journey for professionals who want to turn these ideas into a functioning solution.

I am currently preparing an eight-week guided course for healthcare professionals, lifestyle medicine practitioners, and educators who want to build their own digital support system. The course will provide a practical, step-by-step framework to develop your digital presence, client journey, communication workflows, educational resources, and implementation plan.

The planned programme will help you move from:
“I know digital tools could help, but I do not know where to start”
to
“I have a clear, practical system that supports my patients, programmes, and professional goals.”

I look forward to meeting you online and helping you transform your lifestyle medicine knowledge into a practical digital support system.

Best regards,
Bela Grundmann
